The rapper is currently on probation for pleading guilty to a child sex crime last month

Rapper 6ix9ine has reached a plea deal in the case which alleged that he assaulted a police officer.

Following his arrest in May, the Brooklyn artist – real name Daniel Hernandez – pleaded guilty to a charge of “disorderly conduct”. The Blast reports that the incident therefore won’t appear on his criminal record – under the conditions that he stays out of trouble and refrains from speaking about the case on social media.

If these conditions are breached, the rapper could face up to 15 days behind bars. The information was later confirmed by the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

The rapper will not face prison time

The plea deal is connected to the May incident which saw Hernandez being charged after he illegally parked his car in Brooklyn, New York.

6ix9ine is currently on probation for a sex crime case involving a child in 2015. The Blast claim that today’s plea deal does not violate this.

With his career already fraught with legal issues, the 2015 case saw Hernandez plead guilty to a felony count of a use of a child in a sexual performance.

In one video, a 14-year-old was seen naked and sitting on the rapper’s lap. In another, Hernandez appeared to be “making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking her on her buttocks” while the girl performed oral sex on another man.

Back in July, 6ix9ine was arrested after allegedly choking a 16-year-old. The teenager claimed that they were choked by the musician at Houston’s Galeria Mall in January.
