A video of a dog appearing to sing Britney Spears’ huge single ‘Toxic’ has gone viral. Check it out below.

The video uploaded by Twitter user @MattHardn shows his dog Riley whining along to a tune that sounds remarkably like the main instrumental hook from Spears’ 2013 hit single.

“Is it just me or does Riley sound like he’s singing Toxic by Britney Spears?,” he wrote, before the short clip was retweeted hundreds of thousands of times.

Matt then made a video about the social phenomenon:

Meanwhile, Spears recently made headlines after she and Will.i.am lost a legal battle brought about by Tulisa for copying elements of her track ‘Scream And Shout’.

“I don’t feel bad blood about it,” said Tulisa. “At the end of the day it’s not a move I would have done. But look at the success that he’s got out of it and off the back, I can’t complain, I’ve got a Number One hit in loads of countries around the world, so everyone won.”

She added: “It’s a shame it had to go that way, but chicken dinner, everyone’s a winner.”
