The group are set to release new album 'the best years of our lives' soon

Brockhampton have shared a new song called ‘1999 WILDFIRE’.

The group formed in San Marcos, Texas in 2015. They released their third album ‘Saturation III‘ earlier this year.

Recently, Brockhampton leader Kevin Abstract told fans to expect “new music all summer” while teasing the band’s new Beats 1 radio show, Things We Lost In The Fire Radio. The first episode aired yesterday (July 6) and saw them reveal the new track for the first time.

‘1999 WILDFIRE’ features Atlanta producer and rapper Jazze Pha, while the video was directed by Abstract. Watch it above now.

Brockhampton recently took a short break after former member Ameer Vann was accused of sexual misconduct. Vann has since been removed from the group’s line-up. He has denied the claims.

They made their first appearance after the allegations surfaced on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon last month (June 20), when they performed another new song called ‘Tonya’.

Brockhampton are set to release a new album called ‘the best years of our lives’ in the coming months. ‘Puppy’ was due to be their next record and was meant to be released in June, but was put on hold following the claims against Vann. It is unclear whether the record has been scrapped entirely or renamed.

The band will make their debut appearances in the UK next month when they headline London’s Koko (August 20, 21) and perform at Reading & Leeds Festivals.
