Arctic Monkeys played the Royal Albert Hall last night, and used the occasion to play ‘Star Treatment’ live for the very first time.

The track is the first song on ‘Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino’ and was debuted by the Sheffield icons as they returned for a three track encore last night, which also featured ‘The View From The Afternoon’ and ‘R U Mine’.

Although last night’s Royal Albert Hall show sold out within moments of going on sale in May, fans who missed out on last night’s show can console themselves with some pretty exciting news.

It’s been confirmed that that An Arctic Monkeys BBC special will air on television tonight, after debuting on BBC Radio 1 last night.

The band will be the latest to be the subject of an At The BBC show, following in the footsteps of the likes of Adele, Sam Smith, Harry Styles and U2, amongst others.
