Courteeners have been announced as the final headliner of this year’s Truck Festival – check out the other new additions to the festival below.

The Manchester band will join previously-announced headliners Friendly Fires and George Ezra in topping the bill, with the festival due to take place from July 19-22 at Hill Farm in Steventon, Oxfordshire. Courteeners will take to the stage on the Sunday night (July 22) to close out Truck Festival 2018.

Speaking about the booking, frontman Liam Fray remarked: “50,000 Mancunians can’t be wrong. We’re bringing it to Oxfordshire. Get ready.”

This evening’s announcement (March 13) of the Courteeners’ high billing at Truck Festival has been accompanied by a number of other acts joining the bill, including Drenge, Fickle Friends and Lewis Capaldi. Check out the newly-announced acts below.

More acts and stages will be announced in due course, but tickets for Truck Festival are on sale now – weekend tickets are priced at £110.

Last month, Truck Festival listed Katie Hopkins on its list of ‘banned items’.

Alongside the usual likes of glass, pyrotechnics and selfie-sticks, Hopkins is also forbidden “due to her vile and horrendous opinions that Truck Festival wholeheartedly disagree with”.
