Jack Whitehall and Big Shaq team up for ‘Man’s Not Hot’ in BRIT Awards 2018 intro

Host Jack Whitehall kicked off this year’s BRIT Awards by teaming up with Big Shaq for a rendition of his viral hit ‘Man’s Not Hot’.

The 38th BRIT Awards are taking place at London’s O2 Arena this evening (February 21). Comedian Jack Whitehall hosts for the first time.

For his comedic intro, Whitehall performed ‘Man’s Not Hot’ with Big Shaq while wearing an oversized parka.

Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton, Rag’n’Bone Man and Jorja Smith, Rita Ora and Liam Payne, Sam Smith and Stormzy are all confirmed to perform during the main show.

Paloma Faith, Clean Bandit and Julia Michaels, J Hus, Liam Payne and Jorja Smith, and Stormzy performed prior to the ceremony.

Dua Lipa made BRITS history with her five nominations, the most a female solo artist has received in one year at the awards. She is in the running for British Solo Female Artist, British Artist Video of the Year, British Breakthrough Act, British Single and Mastercard British Album of the Year.

The pop star has also bagged the most nominations at this year’s BRITs, with Ed Sheeran following behind her with four. Stormzy and J Hus, meanwhile, have three nominations apiece.

Jorja Smith is the first confirmed winner at the ceremony, having been voted the 2018 Critics Choice Award recipient.
