Instrumental reggae

Reggae is mostly vocal music. Given the fuzzy boundaries that separate this genre from ska and daba, it is quite difficult to find "pure" instrumental reggae. Nevertheless, the Songlines editorial team managed to compose a playlist of musicians' tracks that masterly perform reggae on different instruments: Bongo Herman, drums (Slay Dunbar), keyboards (Jackie Mitt), guitar (Ernest Ranglin), saxophone (Tommy McCook) and melodic (Augustus Pablo).
